Mortgage Fraud Targeted

In his state of the union address, Pres. Obama announced that he would follow the recommendation of the Campaign for a Fair Settlement, an initiative RFF helped develop, and create a new federal unit to investigate the abuses and misconduct that caused the mortgage meltdown.  He’s tapped NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to lead a concerted effort.
